The hotel location is very great, very easy access to most places. Security is extremely excellent. Staff extremely accomodating to request for extra pillows and blankets. Staff comply to request very efficiently and extremely prompt which I must greatly compliment. Staff are also very friendly and ever helpful. Otherwise the hotel is a good stay and I was recommended about the hotel .
Breakfast should have more variety and food is rather poor. Could be better. We booked the hotel through the internet but was not informed that the booking was based on the cost ++. Was quite shocked to know that it wasn't based on nett price.

Hotel staff could not help us with questions about different things we wanted to see. I thought it was a bit pricey for what we got. I have stayed at other 5 star hotel rated hotels and i didnt think that this one warranted the cost.
